To Set the Time

1. Pull out crown to position 1 (when the second hand is at the 12 o’clock position).
2. Turn crown either way to set the time. (When setting the minute hand, advance the hand by 5 minutes of desired time and then turn back to exact time.)
3. Push back crown to position 0.

To Set the Time

1. Pull out crown to position 2.
2. Turn crown either way to correct time.
3. Push back crown to position 0.

To Set Date

1. Pull out crown to position 1.
2. Turn crown counter-clockwise to correct date.
3. Push back crown to position 0.

To Set the Day

1. Pull out crown to position 2.
2. Turn crown to advance time 24 hours to change the day.
3. Push back crown to position 0.

To Set the Time

1. Pull out crown to position 2.
2. Turn crown to correct time. (Check that AM/PM is set correctly.)
3. Push back crown to position 0.

To Set Date

1. Pull out crown to position 1.
2. Turn crown counter-clockwise for date setting.
3. Push back crown to position 0.

Manual Winding

1. Rotate the crown clockwise at normal position 0.
2. Wind by turning the ratchet wheel screw 8 times.
3. The second hand will start to move naturally after gently shaking the watch.

Press (A) for EL backlight. Remains on for 3 seconds in any mode. Press pusher (B) to advance through the modes in the following sequence: Time of the Day, Alarm, Chronograph, Countdown.

Time of the Day (TOD) Mode

• In TOD mode, press (C) to switch week/month. Press (C) for 2 seconds to turn Chime On/Off.
• Press (D) to toggle between 12-hour/24-hour time.

Set Time & Date

1. In TOD mode, press (C) for 3 seconds to enter time set mode. “Seconds” will flash.
2. Press (B) to change the flashing setting item.
3. Press (D) to adjust “seconds.”
4. Press (D) to adjust; hold (D) to adjust quickly.
5. Press (C) to confirm and return to TOD mode.
6. If no button is pressed, the watch automatically returns to TOD mode after 1 minute.

Alarm Mode

• In Alarm mode, press (D) to turn Chime On/Off.

Set Alarm

1. In Alarm mode, press (C) for 3 seconds to enter Alarm set mode. “Time” will flash; press (B) to switch between hours or minutes.
2. Press (D) to adjust hour or minutes.
3. Press (C) to confirm and return to Alarm mode.
4. If no button is pressed, the watch automatically returns to Alarm mode after 1 minute.
5. When the alarm activates, press any button to stop.

Chronograph Mode

• Stopwatch range: 23 hours / 59 minutes / 59.99 seconds.
• In Stopwatch mode, press (D) to start or stop; press (C) to clear (“00’00”00”).

Countdown Mode

1. Countdown range: 23 hours / 59 minutes / 59 seconds.
2. In Countdown mode, press (D) to start or stop.
3. Hold down (C) for 2 seconds to return to the set value when the countdown stops.
4. When Countdown reaches 0, the alarm chimes for 10 seconds and “TMR” flashes. Press any key to stop the sound.
5. Press (B) while the Countdown timer is active to return to other modes; Countdown continues to operate in the background.

Countdown Setting

1. When the Countdown timer stops, hold (C) for 3 seconds. “Hour” will flash; press (B) to switch the flashing setting item.
2. Press (D) to adjust the value; hold (D) to adjust quickly.
3. Press (C) to confirm and return to Countdown mode.
4. If no button is pressed, the watch automatically returns to Countdown mode after 1 minute.

Display and Crown / Button Operation

• Dual time of 12 hour regulator hand: difference in time correct, moves together with the dual time 60 minute regulator hand.
• Dual time of 60 minute regulator hand: difference in time correct, moves together with the dual time 12 hour regulator hand.
• Button A: −1 hour / push. Dual time of 12 hour regulator hand adjustment.
• Button B: +1 hour / push. Dual time of 12 hour regulator hand adjustment.

Adjusting the Dual Time of 12 Hour & 60 Minute Regulator Hands Position

Before setting the time, check if the dual time of 12 hour regulator and dual time of 60 minute regulator hands are in the “0” (12 o’clock) position. If either hand is not in the “0” position, reset them following the procedure below. After the battery is set or changed, please execute the “0” position adjustment.

1. Pull out crown to position 1.
2. Keep buttons A and B pressed at the same time for more than 2 seconds, then release the buttons. (The dual time of 60 minute regulator hand moves, then returns to where it was.)
3. Press button A or B to reset the dual time of 12 hour regulator and dual time of 60 minute regulator hands to the “0” position. Pressing button A moves the hands counter-clockwise; pressing button B moves the hands clockwise. Press and hold the button to fast-forward. The dual time of 12 hour regulator hand is linked to the dual time of 60 minute regulator hand.

Time Setting

1. Pull out the crown when the second hand is at the 12 o’clock position.
2. Turn the crown to set the hour and minute hands. (Check that the 24 hour hand is set correctly.)
3. Push the crown back to the normal position in accordance with a time signal.

Using the Time Difference Correction

When moving to a country or area in a different time zone, the current local time can be corrected.

1. Crown in the normal position.
2. Adjust the time by pressing button A or B. Pressing button A moves the hands counter-clockwise (−1 hour/push). Pressing button B moves the hands clockwise (+1 hour/push).

Time Setting (Dual Time of 12 Hour & 60 Minute Regulator Hands)

1. Pull out the crown when the second hand is at the 12 o’clock position.
2. Adjust the time by pressing buttons A or B. Pressing button A moves the hands counter-clockwise; pressing button B moves the hands clockwise. Press and hold the button to fast-forward.
3. Push the crown back to the normal position.
